Founded by attorney-at-law Jim Otteson, Agility IP Law tailored their services to become an elite legal resource serving the technology and telecommunication industry.
The firm was built on responsive, fast-paced, collaborative culture and positioned themselves on the cutting edge of IP Law. With an international roster of clients, the startup brought together an established legal team known for high-profile cases. Agility IP Law scaled quickly - expanding staff and caseload exponentially within the first nine months. The firm was bought out by a leading IP Law provider in the bay area within a few years of it’s launch.
Agility IP Law engaged Nicknox Communications as a Fractional CMO to guide a corporate naming exercise, competitive benchmarking, brand development and go-to-market strategy in support of this new startup. In this capacity, Nicknox facilitated creative exploration to develop corporate identity, defined a corresponding brand package, firm positioning and digital presence.
