CompSavvy was a northern California startup based on the premise of delivering revolutionary compensation strategies primarily serving the cutting edge technology market in the San Jose and Bay area. Providing an agile, technology-enabled toolset, CompSavvy delivered a scalable workforce management toolset, automating mass compensation personalization within a fixed employer budget that was fully tax advantaged. CompSavvy’s competitive advantage was the ability to help companies optimize their total rewards dollars. Their unique, powerful platform seamlessly automated a diverse and flexible rewards program that prioritized employee choice. 

CompSavvy engaged Nicknox Communications as Chief Marketing Officer and a founding member of their leadership team. In this capacity, Nicknox Communications facilitated a naming exploration to finalize the corporate identity of CompSavvy, guided brand development, positioning, go-to-market strategy, digital presence and the creation of tools to support the funding and phase one stage of startup.
