HealthNet was a satellite based provider of continuing education designed to serve rural hospitals and medical offices throughout the southwest United States. The accredited program offered virtual learning with leading medical professionals across a variety of specialties. Course completion allowed participants to earn required CEUs to maintain professional certifications.
Nicole Knox (Robbins) served as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager of the Program. In this capacity, she guided external marketing to acquire new participant facilities and networks and internal marketing to grow user engagement. Knox oversaw the design and production of monthly program guides and campaigns. She was also responsible for developing and delivering onsite training and workshops for new and existing sites and managing user feedback about programming and topics.

As the primary contact for host sites across a five state region, Nicknox developed onboarding training and resources and conducted site visits and events to support facilities in growing internal, community and regional awareness and increasing program engagement.

Leveraging the expertise of a Level 1 Trauma Hospital and award-winning teaching staff, HealthNet released monthly program schedules featuring individual CEUs and series focused on current medical trends and shifts in governance.
