I’m a lover of all things musical, theatrical and artistic. A lifelong thread of performing arts has shaped who I am. I delight in partnering with organizations, coaches, artists and entertainers in the performing arts space. Spanning overall brand development, performance promotion, artist representation and fundraising - I have a track record of high-impact outcomes that ensure the show will (always) go on!

Kim Vaughn Vocals

Vocal Coach Kim Vaughn is a Master 700 Director and three-time International Queen of Harmony. A pillar in the a cappella community, Kim is a Master Faculty Member of Sweet Adelines International and a Certified Sound Judge. ​Kim is available for coaching, judging and adjudication. Kim's renowned accomplishments in competitive Barbershop include receiving the 2014 Sweet Adelines International Lifetime Achievement Award and a Master Director 700 designation. Kim has performed with three International Queen of Harmony award-winning quartets including High Society (1976), Savvy (1988) and A Cappella Gold (2001).  Kim served as musical director of the San Diego Chorus from 1985 - 2014.

Region 21 Golden West

In the southwestern United States, Region 21 serves as a cornerstone to Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization that exists to advance the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education and performance. With 16 active choruses and several new choruses in the formation process, Region 21 is known for vibrant, competitive choruses that boast the highest levels of musical excellence and dynamic, award-winning quartets. Region 21 represents choruses in New Mexico, Arizona, Southern California and Hawaii. The region hosts annual competitions for choruses and quartets, education events, workshops, coaching and  much more.

Warmups with Kathleen

As a leader within multiple choral organizations and communities, director and coach Kathleen Hansen launched her popular YouTube Channel, WarmUps with Kathleen in March of 2020. The took on new life as an interactive app for singers. The on-demand resource library helps vocalists prepare and improve their best voice for rehearsals and performances alike, all while building valuable skills and technique. With regular use, singers will establish healthy vocal habits, improve vocal consistency and learn how to naturally troubleshoot and make improvements to their voices.

Masters of Harmony

The Masters of Harmony began in 1985 as the Foothill Cities Chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America (SPEBSQSA), and for the past 35 years we have been dedicated to the pursuit of musical excellence. Today, this musical ensemble is the performance and competition chorus of the Greater Los Angeles, California Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS). The chorus specializes in close-harmony, four-part a cappella music. Its repertoire features Broadway, Pops, patriotic and holiday selections arranged by some of the most talented musicians in the BHS. They are a fully auditioned chorus of amateur singers who love to perform and entertain. Members come from all walks of life, and range in age from 20 to 80.

Buddy Holly Music Festival

The Buddy Holly Music Festival launched in 1998 as a joint effort between the Buddy Holly Estate (Maria Elena Holly), the Convention and Tourism Bureau of Lubbock and the City of Lubbock. The three-day regional event centered around Buddy Holly's birthday on September 7th and showcased the rich and diverse musical heritage of the West Texas Region. Featuring five musical stages throughout a six block entertainment district, the festival included memorabilia trading events, classic car shows and interview panels hosted at various key locations throughout the city including Buddy Holly's childhood home, high school, various performance locations and gravesite. The festival was supported by members of the Holly family, Peggy Sue (Gerron) and fellow musicians including The Crickets, Carl Perkins and more.

SoloVoce

​SoloVoce is the 2024 Region 21 Golden West third place Quartet. The foursome was named 2023 Region 21 Quartet Champions. A registered quartet of Sweet Adelines International, SoloVoce formed in 2015, the quartet includes members from two choruses based in San Diego and Orange County California. The quartet placed fourth regionally in 2019 and 2022. This award-winning quartet performs frequently at choral, community and private events, and hosts an annual Music on the Porch Day in Harmony Grove, California.

Nick of Time Quartet

Nick of Time​ is a registered quartet of Sweet Adelines International. Formed in 2022, Nick of Time includes singers from two Southern California choruses. Nick of Time is available to perform locally and regionally at chorus and community events. Nick of Time performs 4-part a cappella harmony and connected over a shared love of music from past eras. The quartet has an engaging performance style and often features upbeat and humorous numbers, as well as timeless classics by artists like Ella Fitzgerald.

The San Diego Chorus

For nearly 75 years, the San Diego Chorus has distinguished itself as a passionate, award-winning advocate of music, education and community. We are a competitive chorus performing 4-part, a cappella harmony in the barbershop style. The San Diego Chorus reaches audiences of over 30,000 annually through performances and competitions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
