The Eastridge Group

Eastridge Workforce Solutions (formerly the Eastridge Group and Eplica Back Office Solutions) is a provider of staffing, direct hire, EOR, payroll, recruiting and MSP / VMS services. Established in 1972 by founder Robert Svet, the organization has grown exponentially, regularly expanding into new industries and verticals. The company moved away from the umbrella brand of The Eastridge Family of Staffing Companies in 2015 toward a unified brand of Eastridge Workforce Solutions. In 2019 stock ownership was extended to employees worldwide, making it a proud employee-owned company.

 

The organization has expanded nationwide in recent years and is under the leadership of CEO Seth Stein, a 26-year employee with the company. Culture is values-based and embraces diversity. Offering professional and temporary staffing as well as workforce management solutions, the company provides a blend of human-centric service that is technologically empowered with proprietary platforms like Talient.

Nicole Knox served as the Executive Director of Marketing-Communications for The Eastridge Group and subsidiary Eplica. Under her leadership, Knox built an in-house agency supporting a $15M professional services organization with over twenty client divisions in the staffing, human resources and professional services industries. Key accomplishments include a successful shift from traditional to digital channels. It is worth noting that the company launched new verticals at a standard pace of 3-5 a year. The in-house agency named, branded and launched each new division, as well as owning umbrella brand strategy for the parent company. Additionally, the agency provided ongoing brand, marketing and PR in support of both annual and special campaigns and initiatives for all divisions of the organization. Leading brands at that time included HR Solutions, Eastridge InfoTech, Exclusively Legal, Secure Talent, Essential Discovery and Wired Talent.
